How does it work?

Balloon Marquee Delivery


  • Fill out the contact form and let us know the date of your student’s celebration as well as some other information we’ll need to get started.

    Look through our galleries or social media to see if there’s something that you like. Feel free to send us a screenshot of a pic you like so we know exactly what you are thinking of.

    Once we have established that your date is available and you have selected your gift, we’ll need your student’s name, address and contact phone #.

    We bill through PayPal and will send you an invoice which must be paid before we deliver. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this.

  • On the delivery date, we’ll text your student in the morning to let them know that we have a delivery for them and set up a time that works for them to receive it. It helps if you let your student know that they’ll be receiving a text from an unknown number.

    Once the balloons have been delivered, we’ll send you pictures of the design as well as any delivery photos we are able to get!

  • Because of the nature of balloons, all deliveries must be received by a person. The package room may be an option, but we always prefer to make a personal delivery.

  • A bit like fresh flowers, our balloon marquees last about a week.

  • Please use scissors to gently cut and deflate the balloons and then dispose of them in the trash.

    We do use a water balloon to weight the bottom of the structures, so be aware when popping!

Costume Workshop


  • We run the costume-building workshops for groups of 5 up to 105 people!

  • A minimum of two costumes will be built, and up to ten costumes for the largest groups.

  • For a starter workshop, we generally recommend penguins, bumblebees or gnomes. If your group has a special theme you’d like to incorporate, we are happy to discuss ideas!

  • Depending on what you are looking for, we may be able to design unique costumes for your workshop. Please note that we do not create costumes of licensed characters.

  • Our workshops are designed for adults, so we recommend that all participants be 18 years old and up.

  • Our starter workshop is for 5-10 people building two costumes. The cost for this is $1200. Each additional costume will add $600 to the cost. We will work with you to help determine how many costumes will be right for the number in your group. All pricing is for our local area and does not include travel.

  • We hold these workshops at your designated location. If you need to rent a room at a hall or restaurant to accommodate your group, that is at your own expense. We are able to work at an office location with a conference room or in a large indoor space with access to electricity.

  • Yes! We are happy to discuss traveling to your location for a workshop. There will be an additional charge for this. Please let us know more details, and we’ll price that out for you.

Conrad the Unicorn


  • Ann Arbor, Michigan in the USA!

  • At this time, we do not sell instructions to make Conrad the Unicorn®. He is the one and only Original Conrad the Unicorn®, and sometimes he has a friend along who looks just like him!

  • We do not sell the unicorn costumes. Conrad the Unicorn® is an entertainer who can make an appearance at your next event or party.

  • Generally, you are looking at a minimum of $5,000.00 which includes a 90-minute visit from Conrad full of laughter, high fives, photo ops and more! This cost includes the performer and a handler to keep Conrad safe during his visit.

  • Yes. Conrad the Unicorn® is available to travel! The customer assumes the cost for the travel, and all efforts are made to keep the extra costs reasonable. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for providing a suitable workspace to create Conrad as well as any additional transportation costs.   • Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, but there is only one Conrad the Unicorn®! Accept no substitutes!

  • Yes! I sell some designs through The Twisters Cookbook! I sell a balloon cupcake, a rainbow arch design and several wearable costume designs!

  • The tutorials are sold as downloads through The Twisters Cookbook.

  • I teach at balloon conventions and workshops, and I announce upcoming classes on my social media. If you’d like to book a private class or invite me to a local jam or workshop, please message me and we can try to arrange something!

  • Yes! I am happy to talk with you about my design services. Please note that I will not design a costume of a licensed character unless we have permission from the business to create that design.
